Shipping policy

TekoTechnicians.com ships to Contiguous Continental US. Shipping rates may vary to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Please call for details or to request a shipping quote.

Normal shipping is by UPS & FedEx for large boxes and USPS for small boxes. If the product is in stock it will ship on the next business day; otherwise you will be notified about the lead time.

Customer must inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery for damage. If severe damage has occurred please refuse the product and call us so that we may ship out a replacement ASAP. If there is a broken part please call us with the part number and serial number and we will have a replacement part shipped to you as soon as possible.

For Volume purchases: We can ship products in large quantities but shipping costs vary and must be quoted by phone.

Once a product is shipped we cannot cancel an order.
